BRC Global Standards for Food

Learning Objectives

The aim of this course is to generally introduce delegates to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) scheme for food safety and quality management (GFSI recognized). The course gives a clear overview of the requirements of BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 8 with examples of how the standard may be applied. The course will be based on the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety standard and will train delegates in all elements of its requirements.

Internal auditors, Managers, executives who are tasked into how to implement a food safety management system that conforms to the requirements of the BRCGS requirements.
