Learning Objectives

The aim of this course is to generally introduce delegates to the MS 1514 GMP for Food Requirements and correlate with HACCP MS1480, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 etc pre-requisite requirements. The course gives an overview of the requirements of GMP with examples of how the standard may be applied. The course will be based on the MS 1514 and will train delegates in all elements of its requirements.

Internal auditors, executives, supervisors who are tasked into how to implement a food safety management system that conforms to the requirements of the MS 1514.
