- Valid For 3 Years

- First Surveillance Audit 9 Months After Certificate Issue
- Second Surveillance Audit a Further 12 Months Later
- Non-conformance’s Raised require Corrective Action

- Three Year Triennial Review
- New Three Year Certification Quote
- Accepts New Agreement

- Complete Re certification Audit
- Completes Corrective Action
- WCS Issue New Certificate
Note for FAMI-QS Scheme:
- Any organization should come with an Approved Letter from FAMI-QS in order to request for a Quotation for FAMI-QS Certification.
- There is an additional Unannounced Audit once per certification cycle.
