Learning Objectives

The aim of this course is to generally introduce delegates to the HACCP MS 1480:2019 Requirements. The course gives an overview of the requirements of HACCP with examples of how the standard may be applied. The course will be based on the MS 1480:2019 requirement and will train delegates in all elements of its requirements.
